How would you describe your dating lives before joining The Ideal Match?
Man: Hit and miss.
Woman: Dating a lot, just not relationship material.
Did either of you have any opinions about matchmaking services before signing up with The Ideal Match?
Man: “Has it come to this?”
Woman: I thought “What have I got to lose?” If I’m single, there has to be people out there like me.
What inspired you both to sign up with The Ideal Match?
Man: I got a phone call from a very nice informative woman and she encouraged me to come in.
Woman: The woman I spoke to sounded like she knew people and was experienced at what she does.
What was the interview process like?
Man: Different…but comfortable.
Woman: It was actually a lot of fun.
Then you two were matched. What happened next?
Man: I gave her a call and left her a message and she called me back the next day and I asked her out.
Woman: He called me and I called him back and we met up for happy hour, that ended up lasting six “happy hours”
How many other people were you both matched with?
Man: I think it was 6 or 7.
Woman: He was my 5th match.
What was your first date like?
Man: I liked her, I thought she was cool, not to mention she was pretty and nice.
Woman: He was a perfect gentlemen, I felt we hit it off instantly. Really easy to talk to and we had a lot in common.
What were some of your first impressions of each other?
Man: Super sweet, easy to talk to, intelligent and classy.
Woman: He was very attractive and we had a great conversation. I felt like I’d known him for a long time.
What do your friends think of how the two of you met?
Man: I didn’t tell them how we met.
Woman: I was the guinea pig, lol, they sent me in to see what it was all about. I’ve of course told them all about it. I think it’s great.
It’s been close to (?) months now and you talk about the future, so are you engaged?
Man: Six months and going strong. I don’t see anyone else in my future.
Woman: We’ve been together six months and we are talking about moving in together and our future together. Very promising.
How do the two of you enjoy spending time together?
Man: We do everything together, from activities and socializing to just hanging out.
Woman: I love spending time with him. I look forward to seeing him on a daily basis, and we do everything together.
